We offer the following communications services in London and internationally:
Digital Communications:
Creation of tailored digital identities (websites, social media content)

Each proposal is bespoke and tailored to the client’s specific needs.
Clients must provide timely access to necessary information, assets, and personnel. Any delays or inaccuracies may impact timelines and outcomes. Clients are responsible for ensuring all content provided complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Fees for services are agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement. Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice and proposal. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month and/or suspension of services until payment is made.
Unless otherwise agreed, all original content developed by us remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and expect the same in return. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate services by providing 14 days’ written notice. For project-based engagements, cancellation may incur a charge proportional to the work completed. Retainer-based agreements require 30 days’ notice.
We strive to deliver high-quality, strategic communications solutions. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 60 days.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet outages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
